Reap as you Sow :

I have repeatedly seen people hurting others or cheating others suffering in a bigger way .

Yesterday I saw one more example and the sufferings as explained is going to last for life time and no matter how powerful you are or you have been , the result will receive the same fate .

I don't understand why people are busy in poking nose in other's lives and works and without doing anything remarkable, they want to get everything. This is not justified and reaps no fruitful results.

Some of them uses the authority power to mold , bend or influence others to hurt others or keep them away from what they should have received. Now that you have done it to others , God will do the same thing to yourself and if the wait is for lifetime and if it is a precious thing then you know how painful it is.

But on the other hand , there are Individuals like Sir Ratan Tata who sees all the bad things happening in the society yet doesn't let the trust of TATA going down by an inch . Remember there will never be any more TATA in the world again as it's simply not easy - They always believe in giving more than to receiving.

One more gentleman is Mr. MS Dhoni - once in IPL , the chennai super kings was out of tournament for 2 years for some reasons and for some reasons , he had to play under someone else captaincy and he did fairly well in that stint but the owner humiliated him a lot but he has never spoken a word instead he let the works do the talking. The owners team has never won an IPL and for this time also it would be tough but Mahi as the world calls him won cups after cups after that humiliation.

Bottom line is there will always be people who are powerful than you and they can humiliate you but you should keep doing what you do best and let Karma takes over themselves.

In this VUCA world , businesses are now taken over by ploys and deceits and we have seen in some of the cases again but Mark me again , a day will come when their businesses would be taken over in days or months and may be the same person will buy them who was being cheated .

Idealogies of TATAs will never be defeated, come what so ever and manipulations or humiliations of the powerful will not last forever.

Do not harm anyone knowingly, even though you are now sitting at the throne.

Always remember there is someone who is super powerful than yourself who will balance it out in the end.

Learnings -

1. Do what you do best without hurting others .

2. Humiliations doesn't last lifetime and the best of the best has seen it.

3. Idealogies like helping others or giving back to the society can never be erased.

4. If I am powerful, then there is someone always more powerful than myself.

5. In the end , it all gets balanced out. Do more good deeds instead.
