Most Kindest #Professionals are always from Hotels and Hospitals and i am thankful to God for giving me an opportunity to work in both the sectors.
I am sure and i have been saying this for a long time now that any owner/ Board of Directors should be always relieved when they have professionals from both these industries at the helm of affairs because they are #empathetic, they work really hard and they care for the world .
Guess what Business is always done with the above mentioned traits, without a doubt .
Now to repose the faith yet again , here come a Gentle Man called Mr. Pallab Banerjee who works for Regenta Hotels as Hotel Manager/ GM and why I am highlighting it . First of all being at the Numero 1 position in the property, he is there in the shop floor assisting the team.
Secondly when I face a tough time at Digha as my GoIbibo booking was denied by a property even after I had paid them in advance and after searching 12+ properties around the city for a room , with a big NO - this #man came to my rescue.
I was on a vacation mode and I had a fancy and a glorious trip at Haldia which is a port city and then I landed to Digha to add more pleasures to the kity of my son who has a summer vacation. I thought I will be having more fun but i was devasted as the property said No on the face .
I literally was on the streets and nowhere to go even though I was ready to pay a premium price .
This Gentleman was there on the #shopfloor and when he came to know about my requirement, he and his team went extra mile to fetch me a room and they contacted atleast 5 properties but it was again a big NO as the city was at 100 percent booking level.
Finally they conveyed that they have a check out at 5 pm and the room is for a double occupancy and asked me will it be okay ?
I was on cloud 9 as i didn't have any single option left as at the back of my mind , i know my #family was having lunch at a restaurant and they will need a room to freshen up after a your from Haldia .
I immediately paid them an advance token and booked the room . They charged me normal rate whereas they could have easily charged me #premium price.
When I walk away from the property, only thing came to my mind ; why these professionals doesn't #hotel get the glory they deserve.
So I thought it would be unwise if i keep quiet on the same and doesn't let the world know about it .
I must admit that Mr. Pallab Banerjee and his team at @Regenta Hotel Digha by Royal Orchid Hotels deserve a lot of respect and love. They are amazing professionals giving their loads of hard works ,putting in all the hard and smart works of the world .
I salute to their #hospitality and i will always be indebted to your genuine services and warmth , which is a tough thing to expect from everyone apart from Hotels and Hospital Professionals.
May God bless you and your team with the best possible life ahead and i am sure you and your team will do the highest sales ever in the city in the near future.
