If you don't have culture, you will surely not have good results and significances ( do whatever you wanted to do as in the long term it always comes back to culture).
Who makes a high Impact Culture ?
The Heads of The Families, Institutions or the Business Heads .
What to do if Culture is not right ?
Immediately remove the Heads or replace with high Integrity Individuals .
Because if you don't , the message is loud and clear to all the stakeholders ( employees, Distribution network, Suppliers and Share Holders or Financers).
In case of Families, it is a tough call either .
How to Maintain Culture effectively?
Rules , Policies and SOPs should drive an organisation subject to Mission , Vision and Values of the Entity.
What if one is longing for it for a Long term - Business might get dissolved in future forever .
Eg - BYZUs ( one of the giants of the country is about to collapse ).
Indicators of High Culture:-
Happy Family members, Higher Productivity, Respect and Recognition, Win-Win situation, Learning and Development, Engagement with Family members on Growth Mindset Arena .
Time Frame needed -
It will not happen immediately but you need right people at the helm of affairs .
If not , one single notice or breakdown can collapse everything.
What the Future will demand ?
Cost Optimisation, Diversification of Products or Services , Well Trained Employees and Higher Market Penetrations.

2. I still remember one of the HR Heads of a Stock Market Listed company in the country was asked to leave because the Policies of the organisation was not followed ( here the person was torch bearer of policies).

5. The best Managers are always reached for career enhancement decisions ( even though they don't work for the same companies now).

8. People till dated wanted to work for the TATAs ( even though they are not the best paymaster).
Culture rocks everywhere , isn't it ?
Either you have it or you don't have it .
It never can be in between or on the way ( Preached version ).
